Terms & Conditions

  • All Participants MUST wear closed-toe shoes for safety.

  • All participants must sign a waiver before taking part in any Axe Throwing at Tomahawks.

  • Children 11 and older are allowed to join in on the fun

  • All minors (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf.

  • Cancellation: You have 12 hours before your booking to cancel for a full refund or to reschedule.

  • I understand that in order to participate, I and my guests must have exhibited no symptoms of illness, including fever, cough, difficulty breathing and/or fatigue before arriving.

  • Payment will be due at the start of the event

  • We will need a final headcount at least 48 hours prior to the start of your event

  • All participants must wear close-toed shoes at all times. 

  • All participants must sign a Waiver before taking part in any Axe Throwing at Tomahawks.

All bookings are subject to our 1-week cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, as long as you give us at least one week’s notice, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to your new reservation date, whichever you prefer. Your deposit/payment will be forfeited if cancellation is made less than 1 week prior to your scheduled event.

If, at the time of your event, all of your party is not present, you will still be charged the total due unless you notify Tomahawks Axe Throwing 48 hours in advance of a change in group size.


We understand that things come up. You have the option to Reschedule your event to a different time or date that works more convenient for you and your party.


You can reschedule your appointment at least 3-hours prior to your appointment via the Reschedule Appointment Button on your confirmation email.

If you need to Cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice prior to your appointment to receive a full refund.
